Delivery & Returns
All deliveries are sent by DPD 24 hour courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post.
For postage prices, add your chosen items to your shopping cart and use the Estimate Shipping section on the Cart.
Please be aware standard postage is to UK mainland only and does NOT include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles. Postage will be calculated at the checkout depending on your delivery address.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your delivery if purchased outside the UK.
We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receipt of the product, but please allow up to 7 days for exchange/refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly. We are unable to accept liability for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
